We began using CM3 for our seasonal maintenance/repairs on our heating and A/C systems in our office a few years ago. The team at CM3 has been nothing but great to work with since day one. Since CM3 took over our maintenance, we have only had one problem with any of our systems and that was due to the age of the system. Here at Central Care Cancer Center, we strive to provide our patients with a comfortable environment. Having our buildings at a comfortable temperature is very important. We have had a preventative maintenance agreement with CM3 for the last three years and they always treat us as a priority. In our business, we provide our tenants a first-class environment in which to conduct their business; climate control is an important part of this. It has to be comfortable for our tenants and their clients in order to satisfactorily conduct business.

Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate the chiller work this spring at Newman University. When I arrived in January of this year, one of the first complaints I received from our staff was in regards to the A/C units here at the university. Several staff members indicated that the design was wrong from the beginning and that the units had not worked correctly from day one. If fact several people indicated that we “just need to rip these units/chiller out and start all over.”
I contacted you in April to take a first look and get your opinion. After working with you as our single source provider in the Andover Public Schools over the past seven years, I knew I could trust your judgment as to what direction we may need to go. After your technicians did several inspections of the four chillers involved, it became evident that they had been neglected for some time and would be repairable and operate correctly, providing new parts being installed.
After receiving 3 other quotes and seeing that CM3 was approximately 20-25% lower, we moved forward with the repairs on May 5th and completed all of the work by May 9th. I apologize for not remembering the names of your technicians, however I want you to let your staff know what a great job they did.
Since the repairs were completed on May 9th, we have had no trouble with any of the chillers. Dr. Carrocci, our University President, indicated the A/C has never operated better in her seven years here.

CM3 recently completed several projects for us here at the BEST WESTERN Wichita North and we were pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism, courteousness, and practical knowledge we encountered. Every staff member we have dealt with has been friendly and sincere.
We have utilized CM3 for HVAC and plumbing projects with great results. Recently, we have a storage water tank leak that soaked a large portion of our facility. They arrived on site within an hour and had everything up and running an hour later.
Since our building was constructed some 15 years ago we have had poor ventilation in our indoor pool area. Countless vendors have presented us with quotes ranging from $60,000-$90,000 dollars but always stated that they did know if their solution would solve the problem. CM3 actually sent an engineer out to inspect our property and presented us with a quote that was half of what other vendors have given us. We are looking forward to working with them to complete this project.
