CM3

Summary

  • Assist with service, maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems according to HVAC and refrigeration theory.
  • Assist with routine preventative maintenance of HVAC systems and other related equipment, which contributes to the ongoing safe and effective operation of facitities.
  • Exposure to schematics and troubleshooting electrical controls.
  • Exposure to a variety of tools, blueprints, diagrams, or engineering specifications to install or diagnose units.
  • Willing to learn process for documenting service call work according to company specifications.
  • Maintain company quality of work, performance and productivity standards.
  • Provide focus on customer service, answering questions and/or referring customer concerns.
  • Perform work with some supervision.

Requirements

  • EPA Universal Certified
  • Certificate/Diploma technical college with HVAC curriculum preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years trade experience
  • Must have valid Driver’s License
